Reviews:

With very fine recordings and superb performances of some strikingly effective and at times inspiring powerful work, this is a release which has plenty going for it. David Crumb is clearly a composer from whom we should, indeed must hear more of.” - MusicWeb International

I am very impressed with the music of David Crumb and am more than a little embarrassed to read his music bio and not have known more going in. His music does contain touches of his dad’s voice but he is his own appreciable talent.” - Audiophile Audition

The work can be quite beautiful and expressive.” - American Record Guide
